By downloading, installing, or using Circado ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Description of Service
Circado is a health tracking application that helps you monitor your nutrition, weight, sleep, and workouts. The App provides tools for logging meals, tracking calorie and protein intake, and analyzing your health patterns.
Medical Disclaimer
Important: Circado is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.
The App provides general information and tracking tools only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any changes to your diet, exercise routine, or health regimen.
Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by the App.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when using the App
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Not use the App if you are under 13 years old
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Circado and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.
Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.
Subscription Terms
Circado offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock premium features:
- Monthly subscription: Billed monthly
- Annual subscription: Billed annually
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Prices may vary by location and are displayed in the App before purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Circado and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
